Once you submit your request it will be reviewed within the next five (5) business days. In the meantime, please save & hold onto both the shipping package/box and the product, including the pouch or bag with the lot code and expiration date. DO NOT return these products to our office.
Once we review your request, we will process your refund and/or contact you with follow-up questions, so we can further investigate your request. All refunds will be processed per our Return Policy.
Note: Failure to provide all requested information could cause a delay or prevent successful processing of the refund/return.
